MIDNIGHT REBEL formed in the Summer of 2017 after an explosive outdoor performance in Hermosa Beach, California. Mike Rust, Dave Dejernett and James Ludwig Leece captivated the crowd with their high energy brand of classic rock songs and realized they wanted to set their sights on playing to as many fans as possible. Their former bands Euphoria and Assault have shared the bill with Motley Crue, Ratt, Dokken, Warrant, Great White and others, and individually they have played on stage with an array of recording artists. Their experience and passion is unmatched-as is best displayed in their live set. The band can play classic rock tunes we all grew up with as well as their own original set-this allows them the opportunity to open for big name acts as well as performing the club circuit playing songs from bands like Aerosmith, Bad Company and Led Zeppelin. MIDNIGHT REBEL formed in the Summer of 2017 after an explosive outdoor performance in Hermosa Beach, California. Mike Rust, Dave Dejernett and James Ludwig Leece having captivated the crowd with their high octane delivery of classic rock songs. Their former bands Euphoria and Assault have shared the bill with Motley Crue, Ratt, Dokken, Warrant, Great White and others, and individually they have played on stage with an array of recording artists. Jimmy's drumming and showmanship even made him a runner up to replace Peter Criss for the drum spot in the rock band KISS. Their experience and passion is unmatched-as is best displayed in their live set.

The winning combination of Mike’s playing and singing along with the intensity of Dave's thundering bass and Jimmy's drumming make for some powerful performances. Midnight Rebel has played in Arizona, California, Nevada and Utah at festivals, clubs, special events, and motorcycle rallies. The band plays classic rock tunes we all grew up with, songs from bands like Aerosmith, Bad Company, Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones. Come on out and catch what all the buzz is about.
